The hotel has 148 rooms:
Botanical Garden Rooms – The rooms are located in the botanical garden, surrounded by sprawling lawns and exquisite gardens.
Desert Rooms – The inspiration for these rooms comes from the ancient views offered by the desert, the serenity of the Dead Sea and the graceful ibex.
Arugot Rooms – High standard rooms located within the botanical garden. These rooms are spacious, rustically elegant and very comfortable.
Room Check In:
Sunday-Thursday: Check out time is 11:00 a.m. and check in time is from 3:00 p.m. onwards.
Saturday: Check out time is 2:00 p.m. and check in time is from 6:00 p.m. onwards.
Meal Times at the Hotel Restaurant:
Breakfast is served between 7:00-10:00 a.m. (on weekends and holidays, breakfast is served until 10:30 a.m.)
Dinner is served from 6:00-8:30 p.m.
Meal times are subject to change, and changes will be announced in advance.
Shuttle service to hotel restaurant:
During meal times, the hotel offers transport in a club car from the lobby to the hotel restaurant, departing every fifteen minutes.
Gift Shop:
Open Sunday-Thursday from 8:30 a.m -9:00 p.m.
Friday from 8:30 a.m – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday from 12:00 noon -5:00 p.m.
The shop offers stamps, postcards, newspapers (which may be requested in advance), calling cards, cigarettes, jewelry, souvenirs from the region and more.
Pool: The beautiful pool overlooks a stunning view of the Dead Sea and Edom Mountains on one side, and the cliffs of the Judean Desert on the other side.
Pool Hours: 9:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m. every day of the week; hours are subject to change according to season.
Guided Tours:
An variety of guided tours are available in the botanical garden and in the region.
Private guided tours are available at an extra charge.
Hotel Bar: Open every day from 10:00 a.m, offering light meals, hot and cold beverages and alcoholic drinks.
Synagogue: For hotel guests’ convenience, there is a synagogue located adjacent to the hotel lobby. Keys are available at the front desk 24/7.

Amichai Hall: A hall for meetings and conferences that can seat up to 100 people.
Mitzpe Arugot Hall: A beautiful hall – featuring a stage, projector and bar – overlooking wadi Arugot.
Avni Hall: A large, magnificent auditorium wich seats 500 people and is suitable for lectures for the general public, plays, etc.
Sports Hall: A large, comfortable hall equipped with all of the necessary sports equipment, as well as an indoor heated swimming pool in the winter.
Attractions at the Ein Gedi Guest House
Ein Gedi Botanical Garden – The Ein Gedi Guest House is situated in an enchanting botanical garden with upwards of 1,000 types of plants that were brought to the site from around the world and have acclimatized. The garden features huge baobab trees, rare cacti, topical flora and more. A special part of the garden is the “Scented Flower Bed” – an area that features medicinal plants and spices mentioned in the Bible. The flower bed overlooks the nature reserve where these plants grew thousands of years ago and reflects the direct link between the residents of ancient Ein Gedi to the modern kibbutz.
Guests of the Ein Gedi Guest House are invited to enter and join guided tours offered by the hotel (the tour is only free of charge for hotel guests).
Ein Gedi Hot Springs – Sea of Spa – A hot springs facility on the shore of the Dead Sea, available for hotel guests.
